Blad rock and cliffs are only some of the examples found in the landforms of the Marine Atlantic. Cliffs formed due to the glaciers during the last Ice Age 10 00 years ago. The Marine Atlantic landforms stretches from edge of the continental shelf to the east of the sea. The water depths reaches down thousands of metres, with depths on the Grand Banks of less than 150 metres. Tidal waves are normally one to two metres, but the Bay of Fundy is the only exception, reaching 15 metres each wave.
