Off the coast of Labrador, the Atlantic Marine Ecozone essentially begins at the edge of the continental shelf and travels east out to sea. This ecozone only touches land at the southern coast of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and the eastern coast of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
